Please keep in mind that color coding your own measurements is not meant to be a permanent solution. I believe with enough support for the color coded kitchen the measurements can be custom made by a large manufacturer. In the meantime please be careful when washing your measurements as the colors will fade more easily in the dishwasher or under hot running water. To ensure the colors do not fade please wash all colored utensils with dish detergent and warm water. Do not use any sanitizer or alcohol based solutions as this will quickly remove the color from the utensils. The colors will remain on the measurements for a few months if washed properly.
